Flux over at Powerwordgold had a great post a couple of days ago on using the level 21 guild perk, Have Group Will Travel, as a way to make yourself a mage with regards to the portal business. This got me thinking about other ways to use this and I realized that this is a great way to get a low level bank toon to a neutral AH for cross faction trading. The fact that this spell doesn't require the portee to be a guild member makes it relatively easy for a new toon to get summoned to a neutral AH. This can be helpful if you want to do some cross faction trading but don’t want to regularly take your toon all the way to the AH. Simply get a horde and alliance bank toon summoned to the AH, send them the items, and use them to do all the cross faction trading. This way you can save yourself the often very out of the way trip to these auction houses on your main toons.
